Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our photography business! We take pride in providing high-quality services and products to our customers. As we are a small business, we kindly ask that you carefully read and understand our refund policy before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

Print Products
All print products, such as prints, canvases, and albums, are considered final sales and are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that your print product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will work with you to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Digital Products
All digital products, such as digital images, digital albums, and digital videos, are considered final sales and are non-refundable. Please ensure you carefully review and select the images or packages you wish to purchase before placing your order. Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Services
All photography services, such as portrait sessions, event coverage, and commercial photography, are considered final sales and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

3a. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your photography services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, illness, or equipment failure, we will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional cost or provide a refund for services not rendered.

Deposits
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your photography session. If you need to reschedule your session, we will apply your deposit to the new date, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for dissatisfaction with subjective elements such as artistic interpretation, style, or preferences once the product or service has been delivered in accordance with the agreed terms.

Changes to this Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the top of this policy with the date of the latest revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our terms.
